WHAT IS A LIAISON?

The Liaisons provide a personal link between Humanity Healing Network and the various charities, non profits and causes.
Liaisons are individuals who have offered to keep their causes and, non profit informed about all Humanity Healing network activities, and conversely to inform the Network of events and programs on their respective areas.. . But most importantly, The Liaisons are to report to the network on the interests and needs of their respective charities/non profits, and how current Humanity Healing programs are being received, so that Humanity Healing network actions and programs can evolve to meet these needs.
. The liaison is therefore expected to understand the information needs of his or her respective area and to represent those needs in appropriate forums within the Community /network. At the same time, the liaison is expected to be fully knowledgeable about all that refers of the subject/cause they are representing.
Humanity Healing liaisons serve specific subject needs on their specific areas of action .
WHAT DOES A LIAISON DO?
Liaison assignments include activities in the following areas:
Communication:
The Main service of a Liaison is to be facilitating the dialogue among the various individuals, areas and other causes (Charities and Other Organizations) being the main representative of those causes before Humanity Healing Foundation and Network.
Collection Development:
Create or update collection development profile containing the scope of needs, and projects of the cause he/her represents
Assist in evaluating and selecting materials for existing or future collections/projects
Educational Purpose:
From a liaison is expected to access needs from communities, groups and Organizations refining communities about the functionality, and the needs of the respective charity/cause.
Responsibilities of a Liaison:
The Liaison Program expects their members to be Individuals that would represent the best of the characteristics of Leadership, Mentor ship, exhibiting responsibility and continuous participation on all the ongoing actions developed by the Foundation and Network.
Liaisons would assume responsibility for a range of development activities associated with one or more subject areas, always with a focus of being providing sustainable and reasonable solutions for each of the needs and actions.
From every Liaison we expect a prototype of a Program of evaluation and development of what are the goals to be reached with the help of the network in certain period of time.
Humanity healing network intents to create a
Liaison Advisory Team who would be responsible for sustaining, developing and practicing leadership advisory.
This team would be mentoring advising and training new Liaisons, with the sole objective to support new individual Liaisons or a group of Liaisons.
The use of organized discussions would facilitate the awareness and the access to relevant statistical data.
Support for the Liaisons:
The success of the liaison program is dependent upon the support of every single individual of Humanity Healing organization.
New liaisons are mentored by one or more experienced liaisons, The Liaison Advisory Team would provide orientation, guidance, information resources, training and working tools.

Liaisons assume responsibility for a range of collection/ development activities associated with one or more subject areas.
